The safety and well-being of our patients, employees, and community are always of the highest importance to all of us at The Phoenix.

In response to growing concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are actively monitoring both local and national information and are continuing to do everything we can to keep our store a clean and safe shopping environment. – With that being said, we’ve had to make important changes to our daily operations.  We’re still open, but from a safe distance.  

Through April 10, The Phoenix plans to continue servicing our patients through to-go orders.  All patients are encouraged to order ahead via our website and wait to be notified when the order is ready for curbside pickup.  Please be aware that adjustments to store hours may occur. We greatly appreciate your patience and assistance during this difficult time and look forward to returning to our normal business operations once this crisis has ended.  

How Do I Order?

While we won’t be accepting in-store transactions, all of our great products can be found on our website. When your order is ready, you will receive a text notification.  Upon arrival to The Phoenix we ask that you provide your name to one of our staff members and then wait in your vehicle while your transaction is being completed.  

How Do I Pay?

All payment will be handled at the point of checkout. Please note that the ATM is not currently available, so it is best to come with cash in hand. 

What Are Your Hours?

We are open for online orders from 9am – 10pm daily. Online orders will be accepted by 9:00PM and must be picked up by 9:45PM. As we continue to monitor developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) please be aware that adjustments to store hours may occur.

What Are Your Deals?

We will be offering one Vendor Deal daily.  Restrictions may apply. Please subscribe to our text/email blast or visit our website for more information.
